and so a degree of caution should be made before making conclusions. This might be because differences between
figures are particularly small or because the number of respondents answering for that particular measure or
demographic is particularly small.
Please note that some local authorities have lower response numbers than others, and as a result,
there may be missing data points where sample size does not permit analysis of data.
